Every year, AILA hosts a conference, bringing its members together for professional development and networking. The 2014 annual conference, held from June 18 through 21 in Boston, Massachusetts, featured networking events; a keynote address by the Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security, Honorable Alejandro N. Mayorkas; and an annual membership meeting. Participants also benefitted from question and answer sessions, and an informative discussion on the AILA Ethics Compendium.
